Refund & Exchange Policy

AVA Jewelry accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must package items securely. AVA Jewelry is not liable for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and recommends using a trackable, insured service.
