Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier & Speed

We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 1–3 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier workload, and external factors.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, we are unable to replace or refund the order. For lost or damaged shipments, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. We will assist where possible to help facilitate the claim.
